Dear Marty
Deschutes County Extension Service is purchasing a new computer to replace one that is not
Y2K compatible.
We have gone through OSU for the bid process. This is the best pricing we found.
We would like to transfer $2,000 to Capital Outlay from Contingency. The amount of $4,000
already in Capital Outlay is for our publications computer and printer to be purchased in the near
future.
Sincerely
OSU Extension Service
