That the real property described in Exhibit "A" be sold under Section 10, Chapter 791, Oregon Laws 1989, to Santos Diaz for $74,700. Section . That forfeiture counsel be directed to prepare documents and take those actions reasonably calculated to close the sale of the real property described in Exhibit "A." Section 3. That Captain Peter Wanless, aka Pete Wanless, Asset Forfeiture Officer of the Deschutes County Sheriff's Office, is authorized and is directed to sign the necessary documents required to close the sale of the real property described in Exhibit "A." That pursuant to Section 10, Chapter 791, Oregon Laws 1989, Asset Forfeiture Officer shall deposit the proceeds to the Asset Forfeiture account of Deschutes County for public safety, law enforcement related purposes or criminal justice services, less costs.
