Swearingen called the Board of County Commissioners meeting to order at 10:02 a.m. County Commissioners present were Linda L. Swearingen and Tom N. DeWolf. Also present was Mike Maier, County Administrator; Bruce White, Assistant County Counsel; 1. SIGNATURE OF INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH CHILD DEVELOPMENT AND REHABILITATION CENTER FOR DESCHUTES COUNTY TO PROVIDE FAMILY -CENTER CARE COORDINATION PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL HEALTH NEEDS Before the Board was signature of an Intergovernmental Agreement with Child Development and Rehabilitation Center for Deschutes County to provide family -center care coordination program for childrenwith special health needs. CONSENT AGENDA: Consent agenda items before the Board of County Commissioners were: 1) signature of Resolution No. 99-077, for a Regional Female Specific Program for at -risk girls; 2)signature of Warranty Deed from Cascade Materials for the Deschutes Market undercrossing Phase II Project for additional right-of-way MINUTES Page 2 of 5 SEPTEMBER 22, 1999 for construction; 3) signature of award of bid to Coats Construction for overlay of Knott Road from Rickard Road to Brosterhous Road; 4) signature of Resolution No. 99-070, determining and certifying final assessment for local improvement within the Limestone Local Improvement District; 5) signature of Resolution No. 99-075, determining and certifying final assessments for local improvements within the Piute Local Improvement District; 6) signature of Resolution No. 99-076, determining and certifying final assessments for local improvements within the Hereford Local Improvement District; 7) signature of renewal of Lease Agreement between Deschutes County and Cascade Heating for the property located at 1506 1" Street; 8) signature of Order No. 99-151, authorizing the exchange of property between Deschutes County and Central Oregon Irrigation District and Exchange Agreement; 9) ratification of amendments to Intergovernmental Agreement between Central Oregon Park & Recreation District and Deschutes County relating to the collection of System Development Charges; l 0) signature of Order No. 99-137 and 99-138, authorizing the refund of taxes; 11) signature of Liquor Licenses for Black Butte General Store; TJ's Quick Stop Market and Hunan Chinese Restaurant; 12) signature ofResolutionNo. 99-047, transferringappropriations within various funds of the 1999-2000 Deschutes County Budget; and 13) approval of weekly accounts payable vouchers in the amount of $851,361.40. APPROVAL OF THE WEEKLY ACCOUNTS PAYABLE VOUCHERS FOR 9-1-1 COUNTY SERVICE DISTRICT Before the Governing Body was approval of the weekly accounts payable vouchers for 9-1-1 County Service District in the amount of $7,032.90.
