Junction
Before the Board was consideration of the proposed Declaration of Dedication of
Rosland Road at Wickiup Junction. Bruce White explained that the title has been cleared
and consent has been received from a utility that clears up another issue; and final title
report is expected momentarily. Discussion followed, and it was decided that, time being
of the essence, it would be appropriate to take action today.
Gordon Wanek explained that he felt there would be nothing new reflected on the
anticipated title report. He stated time is of the essence since it is almost winter, and he is
anxious to get the project going since it means much to the community and people.
Bruce White indicated that he would be appropriate to make a motion to accept the
Dedication.
