September 11, 1996 Mr. Gary JUDD D.C.P.W. 61150 S.E. 27th St. Bend, OR. 97701 Mr. Judd, I am writting this letter after I attended the meeting on Sept. 5, 1996 at the D.R.R.H. building with you. My name is Jim Kendall and I represent the Vandevert Acres Special Road district and the problem is the speed limit on Blue Eagle Road. Since our regular monthly meeting was held that same night I was able to bring this up and after a lenghty discussion of the affects of a 25 MPH limit and the 30 MPH limit we decided that the district would request a 30 MPH limit on the districts roads. These roads include Blue Eagle Road and Old Wood road. Any help you could give us in achieving our goal would be greatly appriciated.
