Mr. Judd,
I am writting this letter after I attended the
meeting on Sept. 5, 1996 at the D.R.R.H. building with you. My name
is Jim Kendall and I represent the Vandevert Acres Special Road district
and the problem is the speed limit on Blue Eagle Road.
Since our regular monthly meeting was held that
same night I was able to bring this up and after a lenghty discussion
of the affects of a 25 MPH limit and the 30 MPH limit we decided that
the district would request a 30 MPH limit on the districts roads. These
roads include Blue Eagle Road and Old Wood road. Any help you could
give us in achieving our goal would be greatly appriciated.
Thank You for your help,
J' Kendall, P.Psident

P.S. If we get this approved may we trade our 25 MPH signs for 30's?
