ORDER NO. 2000-091 WHEREAS, it appearing to the Board of County Commissioner that LaPine Disposal has applied to Deschutes County for an expansion of their franchise area under the provisions of Chapter 13.24.050 of the Deschutes County Code, in the area defined and described in the legal description attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and by this reference incorporated herein; and WHEREAS, the proposed expansion of the franchisee's service area is the result of development and new collection service customers; and WHEREAS, the proposed expansion involves an area immediately adjacent to the area covered by the franchisee's existing franchise; and WHEREAS, the proposed expansion involves an area not within any other franchisee's service area; now, therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONER OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, as follows: Section 1. LaPine Disposal, Inc. is hereby granted an expansion of their franchise for the collection of solid waste in Deschutes County in the area described in Exhibit "A", as defined and prescribed in Chapter 133 of the Deschutes County Code.
