WHEREAS, Deschutes County has received a State grant of $110,000; and
WHEREAS, these new grant funds need to be appropriated; and
WHEREAS, ORS 294.326(2) allows the appropriation and expenditures of new grant
funds designated to specific purposes; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DE:SCHUTES
COUNTY, OREGON, as follows:
Section 1. That the following grant be budgeted:

Section 2. That the following appropriations be made within the 2000-01 County

The Central Oregon Regional Drug Task Force Grant,is being placed in
FUND 237 beginning in FY 2000-2001. Quarterly grant payments will
begin being received in December.
The revenue will be deposited in State Grant 237-334-1200.
We will need an expenditure line for Narcotic Task Force Payments.
I have attached a copy of the grant for adoption.
