ORDINANCE NO. 2001-021 >
WHEREAS, Deschutes County is authorized by ORS 94.504 to enter into Developm�Agreeements
with persons having legal or equitable interests in real property; and
WHEREAS, Deschutes County approved a Development Agreement by and among Barclay Meadows
Business Park, L.L.C., City of Sisters and Deschutes County pursuant to Ordinance No. 2001-008; and
WHEREAS, an error was made in the legal description attached as Exhibit "A" to the Development
Agreement in Ordinance No. 2001-008; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has become aware of this error and desires to
correct it.
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON,
ORDAINS as follows:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 2001-008 is hereby amended to delete the legal description attached as
Exhibit "A" to the Development Agreement and the legal description attached hereto as Exhibit "A" shall
be substituted therefor.
Section 2. EMERGENCY. This ordinance being necessary for the immediate preservation of the
public peace, health and safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this ordinance takes effect on its
passage.
