THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, ORDAINS as follows: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 2001-012 is hereby amended to delete the legal description attached as Exhibit "A" to the "Development Agreement By and Among Sisters School District No. 6, City of Sisters and Deschutes County" and the legal description attached hereto as Exhibit "A" shall be substituted therefor. Section 2. EMERGENCY. This ordinance being necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this ordinance takes effect on its passage.
