WHEREAS, in September 1999 and October 2001 the United States Forest Service designated additional federal property in the Deschutes River Corridor Restricted Area as no shooting areas and it is necessary to amend Deschutes Code Section 9.08.100, Deschutes River Corridor Restricted Area, to assure that this federal property is no longer excluded from this restricted area; now, therefore, THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, ORDAINS as follows: Section 1. AMENDMENT. Deschutes County Code 9.08.100, Deschutes River Corridor Restricted Area, is amended to read as described in Exhibit "A," attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, with new language underlined and language to be deleted in st iket4eugk.
