BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON
An Order Assigning the name of Penny
Lane to this unnamed access road.
ORDER NO. 2002-065
WHEREAS, Deschutes County applied to assign a road name pursuant to Deschutes County's
Uniform House Numbering and Road Naming System, Title 16, to assign the name of Penny Lane,
located in Township 16 South, Range 12 East, W.M., Section 27; and
WHEREAS, the Deschutes County Community Development Department has reviewed the
proposed name assignment and approved it pursuant to Title 16; and
WHEREAS, all public notices required to be given under Title 16 regarding the proposed name
assignment have been given; and
WHEREAS, the appeal period for appealing the Community Development Department's
approval has expired; and
WHEREAS, Title 16 requires that road names be assigned by order of the Board of County
Commissioners; now, therefore,
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON,
ORDERS as follows:
Section 1. That the name of Penny Lane be assigned to this road, as shown on Exhibit "A",
attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein.
Section 2. That the Community Development Department take such further steps as are
required to ensure that the road is so identified for all purposes.
