Luke MINUTES OF MEETING Mike Daly DESCHUTES COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS TUESDAY, MAY 149 2002 Commissioners' Hearing Room - Administration Building 1130 NW Harriman St., Bend Present were Commissioners Tom DeWolf, Michael M. Daly and Dennis R. Luke; also present were Mike Maier, County Administrator; Laurie Craghead, Legal Counsel; Tom Anderson, Community Development; and Media Representative Mike Cronin of the Bulletin. This meeting was called at the conclusion of an executive session that had been called pursuant to ORS 192.660(1)(h), litigation. Chair Tom DeWolf opened this regular meeting at 2:40 p.m. LUKE: I move to approve litigation against Ronald Wisler for violations of Deschutes County Code. DALY: Second. VOTE: LUKE: Yes. DALY: Yes. Minutes of Board of Commissioners' Meeting Regarding Code Enforcement Issue Quality Services Performed with Pride Tuesday, May 14, 2002 Page 1 of 2 Pages LUKE: I move the Board authorize Legal Counsel to file suit against Twin Lakes Resort - Sisson Enterprises for unpaid room taxes; further, to explore every option with the Forest Service, and to advise them that we expect their full cooperation to bring this issue to a satisfactory resolution.
