2002-942-Resolution No. 2002-060 Recorded 6/20/2002RE COUNTY OFFICIAL MARY HSUESPENHOLLOW, COUNTYRCLERKS COMMISSIONERS' JOURNAL LEA SEL 06/20/2002 01:45:00 PM BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON A Resolution Increasing a Cash Change Fund for Deschutes County Community Development * RESOLUTION NO. 2002-060 Department to an Amount of $425 WHEREAS, the Deschutes County Community Development Department needs a cash change account in the amount of $425 to transact its business; and, WHEREAS, the Deschutes County Community Development Department has a change fund in the amount of $325; and, WHEREAS, the Deschutes County Community Development Department will maintain such change funds at its 3 locations, Bend ($200), La Pine ($100), and Redmond ($125) now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, as follows: Section 1. That a check for $100 from account number 295-0000-101-00-01 will be drawn to increase such account. DATED this 19th day of June, 2002. The increases are necessary to properly make change for customers and to not limit or ability to make change should we receive more than one or two large denomination bills.
