An Order denying review of Hearings Officer's
Decision in File Nos. CU-01-120, SP-01-56.
ORDER NO. 2002-093
WHEREAS, Crooked Pine Ranch (Lei Durdan) has appealed the Deschutes County Hearings Officer's
decision on application nos. CU-O1-120 and SP-01-56; and
WHEREAS, Section 22.32.027 of the Deschutes County Code allows the Deschutes County Board of
County Commissioners ("Board") discretion on whether to hear appeals of Hearings Officer's decisions; and
WHEREAS, the Board has given due consideration as to whether to review this application on appeal
and the Board finds that there is insufficient time within the required 150-day review period pursuant to ORS
215.427 to hear this matter; now therefore,
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, HEREBY
ORDERS as follows:
Section 1. That the Board will not hear on appeal application A-02-8. The appellant shall be
granted a refund of some of the appeal fees, according to County Procedures.
