Taxes for the 2002-2003 Fiscal Year*
And Making Appropriations of the
Bend Library County Service District.
RESOLUTION NO. 2002-051
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES
COUNTY, OREGON, ACTING AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE BEND LIBRARY COUNTY
SERVICE DISTRICT, as follows:
Section 1. That the Board of County Commissioners of Deschutes County, Oregon, acting
as the governing body of the Bend Library County Service District, hereby imposes the taxes
provided in the Bend Library County Service District Budget for the fiscal year 2002-2003 in the
aggregate amount of $658,490 and that these taxes are hereby levied on all taxable property within
said district shown on the Assessment Roll as of 1 a.m. July 1, 2002. The following allocation and
categorization subject to the limits of Section 11 b, Article XI, of the Oregon Constitution constitute
the above aggregate levy:
