A Resolution Transferring Appropriations
Within Various Funds of the 2002-2003 * RESOLUTION NO. 2002-079
Deschutes County Budget and Directing Entries
WHEREAS, it is necessary to transfer appropriations within the Deschutes County Budget;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES
COUNTY, OREGON, as follows:

Section 2. The Bioterroism grant of $160,000 was included in the adopted budget for Fiscal
Year 02-03. However, confirmation of the grant award was received so late that the total grant was put
into contingency rather than specific line items. Additional expenditures from the Bioterrorism grant
include $16,000 of various County indirect charges and $35,362 salary and benefits for .40 F.T.E. of a
Public Health Nurse Program Manager. These items have already been appropriated in the adopted
Fiscal Year 2002-2003 budget.
