The Bioterroism grant of $160,000 was included in the adopted budget for Fiscal Year 02-03. However, confirmation of the grant award was received so late that the total grant was put into contingency rather than specific line items. Additional expenditures from the Bioterrorism grant include $16,000 of various County indirect charges and $35,362 salary and benefits for .40 F.T.E. of a Public Health Nurse Program Manager.
