That Deschutes County intends to transfer real property described as: A parcel of land lying in the NW '/4 NW '/4 of Section 14, Township 18 South, Range 12, East of the Willamette Meridian, Deschutes County, Oregon, and being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of said Section 14, thence along the north line of said Section 14 S89°36'19"E a distance of 127.13 feet; thence leaving said north line S00°23'41"W 20.00 feet to a point on the south right-of-way line of the 1908 John Ferguson Road, the Point of Beginning; thence along said south right-of-way line S 89°36'19" E a distance of 1178.71 feet to the west right-of- way line of the 1910 W. J. Containing 203,787 square feet (4.678 acres) more or less. Section 2. That a hearing for the purpose of receiving objections to the above transfer will be held on Wednesday, October 9, 2002, in the Board of County Commissioners Hearing Room of the Deschutes County Administration Building, 1130 NW Harriman, Bend, Oregon. Section 3. That the Clerk of the County Court shall give notice of the time and place for the hearing set in Section 2 of this resolution by publication of the notice marked Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, in "The Bulletin" once each week for two consecutive weeks prior to the date of such hearing. {�4-1� DATED this day of September 2002.
