BEND LIBRARY COUNTY SERVICE DISTRICT
A Resolution Levying Ad Valorem
Taxes for the 2003-2004 Fiscal Year
And Making Appropriations of the
Bend Library County Service District.
RESOLUTION NO. 2003-077
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES
COUNTY, OREGON, ACTING AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE BEND LIBRARY COUNTY
SERVICE DISTRICT, as follows:
Section 1. That the Board of County Commissioners of Deschutes County, Oregon, acting
as the governing body of the Bend Library County Service District, hereby imposes the taxes
provided in the Bend Library County Service District Budget for the fiscal year 2003-2004 in the
aggregate amount of $718,649 and that these taxes are hereby levied on all taxable property within
said district shown on the Assessment Roll as of 1 a.m. July 1, 2003. The following allocation and
categorization subject to the limits of Section 11 b, Article XI, of the Oregon Constitution constitute
the above aggregate levy:

Section 2. That the amounts for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2003, and for the purposes
shown below, are hereby appropriated as follows:

Unappropriated Balance 60.000
Total Requirements: 761,357

Section 3. That the Deschutes County Finance Director make the appropriations as set out
herein for the 2003-2004 fiscal year.
