RESOLUTION NO. 2003-077 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, ACTING AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE BEND LIBRARY COUNTY SERVICE DISTRICT, as follows: Section 1. That the Board of County Commissioners of Deschutes County, Oregon, acting as the governing body of the Bend Library County Service District, hereby imposes the taxes provided in the Bend Library County Service District Budget for the fiscal year 2003-2004 in the aggregate amount of $718,649 and that these taxes are hereby levied on all taxable property within said district shown on the Assessment Roll as of 1 a.m. July 1, 2003. The following allocation and categorization subject to the limits of Section 11 b, Article XI, of the Oregon Constitution constitute the above aggregate levy: Redemption Fund Subject to General Excluded from Govt Limitation Limitation $718,649 Section 2. That the amounts for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2003, and for the purposes shown below, are hereby appropriated as follows: BOND REDEMPTION FUND Debt Service 701,357 Total Redemption Fund Appropriation 701,357 Unappropriated Balance 60.000 Total Requirements: 761,357 1 - RESOLUTION NO. 2003-077 Section 3.
