That the real property described as: Beginning at a point on the East line of the West half of the Northwest Quarter and thence North 1157.37 feet from the Southeast corner of the West half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 9, TOWNSHIP 18 SOUTH, RANGE 12 EAST OF THE WILLAMETTE MERIDIAN, Deschutes County, Oregon; thence North 290.85 feet; thence West 748.29 feet; thence South 290.85 feet; thence East 749.34 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING. is not needed for public use and be sold for not less than its current fair market value for cash. Section 2. That the real property described as: A portion of land located in Section Four (4), Township Twenty-two (22) South, Range Ten (10) East of the Willamette Meridian, Deschutes County, Oregon, as per the following description. Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot One (1) of WOODLAND PARK HOMESITES; thence South along the West boundary of Lot 1 for a distance of 336 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 1; thence West for a distance of 648 feet; thence North for a distance of 336 feet to a point 30 feet South of the center line of Burgess Road; thence East for a distance of 648 feet to the point of beginning. is not needed for public use and be sold for not less than its current fair market value for cash.
