Healthy Start determined they would have a drop in revenue unless this position were retained to sign up clients for Oregon Health Plan. FY04 request 2 :HANGE REQUEST Thank you for your assistance with this. Tamara -----Original Message ----- From: Tamara Weaver Sent: Thursday, August 14, 2003 4:52 PM To: Tracy I Goodman Cc: Elaine Severson; Daniel Peddycord; Vicki Shaw; Teri Maerki; Jeanine Faria Subject: Erin Swanson As per our discussion Tracy, the Health Dept will be retaining Erin Swanson as a non -benefited, hourly Health Educator in fund 260. This is requested by Elaine Severson for the Healthy Start program (St. Charles) and has been authorized by Dan Peddycord. We expect she will be working 12 hours per week. The account number is: 260-2000-441.16-22 As you know, she has given notice on her regular .5 FTE MOA position and her regular benefited .5 FTE Health Educator position was eliminated in the Fund 259 FY04 budget. We will be requesting a transfer from contingency to the Finance department in Fund 260 (e-mail to follow to Jeanine and Teri). Thank you Tracy for your assistance in this matter. Healthy Start will be using Erin to continue to sign up patients to the Oregon Health Plan which will assist in revenue generation.
