Jeanine, could you please make a contingency transfer to retain Erin Swanson for Healthy Start (St. Charles program) as
per the attached transfer request.
Healthy Start determined they would have a drop in revenue unless this position were retained to sign up clients for
Oregon Health Plan.

Subject: Erin Swanson
As per our discussion Tracy, the Health Dept will be retaining Erin Swanson as a non -benefited, hourly Health Educator
in fund 260. This is requested by Elaine Severson for the Healthy Start program (St. Charles) and has been authorized by
Dan Peddycord.
We expect she will be working 12 hours per week.
The account number is: 260-2000-441.16-22
As you know, she has given notice on her regular .5 FTE MOA position and her regular benefited .5 FTE Health Educator
position was eliminated in the Fund 259 FY04 budget.
We will be requesting a transfer from contingency to the Finance department in Fund 260 (e-mail to follow to Jeanine and
Teri).
Thank you Tracy for your assistance in this matter. Healthy Start will be using Erin to continue to sign up patients to the
Oregon Health Plan which will assist in revenue generation.
