ORDER NO. 2003-095 WHEREAS, certain personal property described in Exhibit A, attached hereto by this reference incorporated herein, is no longer needed for public use by the County; and WHEREAS, it is necessary to dispose of this surplus personal property; and WHEREAS, it is appropriate to dispose of such property by auction; now, therefore, THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, HEREBY ORDERS as follows: Section 1. The Deschutes County Sheriff, or his designee, is hereby authorized and directed to dispose of the personal property described in Exhibit A to this order at public auction. Section 2.
