WHEREAS, a petition requesting annexation of certain territory to a restricted area pursuant to Deschutes County Code section 9.08, referred to as the "Deschutes River Homesites, Unit 6, Parts I and II No Shooting District" has been duly filed with the County. The boundaries of the proposed annexation are as specified in Exhibit "A," attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein.
