Fadeley has been appointed to serve as Justice of the Peace for the Deschutes County Justice Court; and WHEREAS, pursuant to ORS 51.250(3), the appointed Justice of the Peace is required to post an undertaking in the amount of TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED and NO/100 DOLLARS ($2,500.00); and WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 2000-078, the Board of County Commissioners previously authorized the Deschutes County Treasurer to transfer the sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred and no/100 ($2,500.00) to a segregated account for the purpose of satisfying the official undertaking requirement of the office of the Deschutes County Justice of the Peace; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that Deschutes County will post said undertaking on behalf of Charles N. Fadeley; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, as follows: Section 1. The deposited sum of TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED and NO/100 ($2,500.00) in the segregated account established pursuant to Resolution No. 2000-078 shall be continued to satisfy the undertaking requirements of Charles N.
