ORDINANCE NO. 83-003
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners adopted Ordinance
No. 83-001 on January 5, 1983, rezoning certain property of Donald
Morris from Exclusive Farm Use - 40 (EFU-3) Zone to Multiple Use
Agriculture (MUA-10) Zone; and
WHEREAS, the property description in Section 1 of that Ordin-
ance contained an incorrect Township and Range; and
WHEREAS, it is required that the Ordinance be amended to
contain the correct property description; now, therefore,
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY,
OREGON, ORDAINS as follows:
Section le To amend Section 1 of Ordinance No. 83-001 as
follows:
"Section le To amend Ordinance Noe PL-15,
Deschutes County Zoning Ordinance of 1979, as amended,
to change the zoning from Exclusive Farm Use - 40
(EFU-3) Zone to Multiple Use Agriculture (MUA-10) Zone
for the parcel of real property described as:
Tax Lot 6200 and 6500, Section 35, Township
15 South, Range 11 East of the Willamette
Meridian, Deschutes County, Oregon;
and depicted on the map marked Exhibit "A", attached
hereto and by this reference incorporated herein."

Section 20 This Ordinance being necessary for the immediate
preservation of public peace, health and safety, an emergency is
declared to exist, and this Ordinance takes effect on its passage.
