It was determined that'there..would Bargain and Sale be some changes in the proper.ty..in question.. Deeds for Bend due to underground fires and the possible- -Metro Parks and -danger derived from same. Vince Genna Recreation was also present to provide comment: - Comnnssioner Paulson suggested that it, all be put in writing to protect both parties against any misunderstanding'. Richard Isham stated that both deeds-would -need to be corrected and.if they would agree to signature based on that stipulation, he would have corrected paperwork to the board no later than the following day. Chairman Shepard then announced that they were holding a hearing regarding this matter and asked if there was any comment or testimony of same. Earl Nichols recommended approval of this property transfer to_the Board and stated that it had the full endorsement of the Recreation Committee. Vince Genna wanted.to thank the County for the tremendous. effort to clean up properties and for the actualizing of the boundaries of Shevlin Park. -He felt that they would not be making•a mistake in this decision'. MOTION: VOTE Quit Clam Deed to Administrative School.District Richard Isham recommended. that .the Board approve the Order and the Bargain and Sale Deeds with the proper deletions.
