County Counsel had prepared an Addendum to Agreement
to be' signed' by. both the Board of Commissioners .and
Flyer Avedovech, continuing his services for a
period of one (1) month or until a new Hearings
Officer was.found through the application process
with a 7 day cancellation clause.

Chairman Shepard mentioned that he had no, nowledge
of this Resolution. Richard Isham mentioned that
this was evidentally a proposed-agreement between
Michael Maier and Bruce Hamovitz.- Commissioner
Young said he prefer-red to table it for further
research. It was put aside to be referred to the
new commission.
The Plat was reviewed.

Earl Nichols recommended approval of this
property transfer to_the Board and stated
that it had the full endorsement of the
Recreation Committee.
Vince Genna wanted.to thank the County
for the tremendous. effort to clean up
properties and for the actualizing of the
boundaries of Shevlin Park. -He felt that
they would not be making•a mistake in this
decision'.

wilds will identify him as a former county employee
bearing the name of "Grizz" Paulson..
After much good humor and.pleasant exchanges, the
Chairman of the Board, Clay Shepard, declared'
the meeting adjourned and.in his capacity as
chairman joined by Bob Paulson and.Abe_Young,
did so.-for:i_the last time.
