WHEREAS, ORS 271.330 provides that Deschutes County may
transfer property to another governmental body after hearing; and
WHEREAS, a hearing was held on December 29, 1982; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners determined that
Deschutes County no longer needed certain property for public use;
and
WHEREAS, no objections to the transfer of the property were
expressed at said hearing; now, therefore,
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY,
OREGON, ORDERS as follows:
Section 1. That the property described in Exhibit "A",
attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, be
transferred to Bend Metro Park & Recreation District without
consideration.
Section 2. That a Bargain and Sale Deed transferring said
property to Bend Metro Park & Recreation District, containing
appropriate reversionary language, be executed and delivered.
