WHEREAS, Deschutes County currently charges $40.00 for a
Standard Septic Tank Permit, and $40.00 for Alternate Systems
Permits; and
WHEREAS, there has been an increase in cost to the County to
provide service; and
WHEREAS, the cost of many alternate systems exceed the
inspection fees that are currently charged; and
WHEREAS, the Environmental Health Section of the Community
Development Department has proposed fees for such services; now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, as follows:
Section 1. That the fee for a Standard Septic Tank Permit be
established as follows:

Section 2. That the fee for Alternative Systems Permits be
established as follows:

Capping fill
Cesspool
Evapotranspiration -Absorption
Grey -Water Waste Disposal Sump

Seepage Trench
Steep Slope
