Continuation Dave Hoerning, County Engineer recommended that E Street

Chairman gave the first and second readings of ordinan-
ces 83-011 through 83-022 inclusive by title only. All
twelve of the above mentioned ordinances were adopted
unanimously.
Being no further business at this time, Chairman Young recessed the
meeting until 1:30 P.M.

fill Study conclusions as contained in their report. Mr. Hudson
noted that the study recommends removal of the trash
compactor from the Negus site, which they will do only
after first determining that this will not use more
dirt. He also stated equipment lifespan is more
accurately eight years as opposed to ten as stated in
the study. Mr. Kemper briefly outlined the results of
their user survey and suggested that the gatekeepers
measure garbage load in order to assess a more accurate
fee and that the fees for loose garbage per yard be the
same for the public as it is for the franchisers. He
also recommended a closure plan be developed five years
prior to closure and that fees be sufficient to cover
all closure costs.
MOTION: PRANTE moved to accept the R.A. Wright Engin-
eering report as presented.
TUTTLE: Second.
VOTE: UNANIMOUS APPROVAL.
Being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
