RESOLUTION NO. 82-057 �^ E ROSEMARY DESCHUTES C©U YRo CLERK WHEREAS, Vicki and Darrell Lee petitioned the Board of County Commissioners of Deschutes County, Oregon, to vacate a portion of Kemple Drive and a portion of West Campbell Road, located in First on the Hill sites Subdivision, Deschutes County, Oregon; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined it to be in the public interest to consider such vacation; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, as follows: Section 1. That it is the intent of the Board of County Commissioners of Deschutes County, Oregon, to vacate a portion of Kemple Drive and a portion of West Campbell Road described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, because it appears the road is no longer needed for public use, and will not be needed in the future. Section 2. That the County Engineer shall file an Engineer's Report with the Board of Commissioners, describing the ownership and uses of property to be vacated, and whether the vacation would be in the public interest, within fourteen (14) days of the date of this Resolution. OBERT C.fPAULSON, JR., stoner e vol 44 PACE785 Exhibit "A" PROPERTY DESCRIPTION A parcel of land being a portion of Kemple Drive acid West Campbell Road in the plat of First On the Hill Sites, Des- chutes County, Oregon, being described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 4, Block g, of said plat, being a V iron rod; thence North 76 18' 30" East 131.95 feet to a 5/8" iron rod; thence along the arc of a 25.00 foot radius curve concave to the southwest, a distance of 65.76 feet, (long chord bears South 280 19' 54" ESst 48.38 feet), to a 5/8" iron rod; thence South 47 01' 4211 West 132.13 feet to the southeast corner of said Lot 4, being a i" iron rod; thence along the arc of a 58.07 foot radius curve con- cave to the southwest, a dPtance of 167.04 feet, (long chord bears North 28 14' 55" West 115.12 feet) to the point of beginning and there terminating, con- taining 0.15 acres (6705 sq. ft.), more or less.
