ORDER NO. 82-333 DESCHUTES COUNTY CLERK
WHEREAS, the Brightenwood Local Improvement District and
Williams Loop Local Improvement District have necessitated the
transfer of $115,000.00 from Contingency to those projects; and
WHEREAS, Local Improvement Districts from 1981, in the amount
of $28,100.00 is due and payable in the current fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to transfer the appropriation of
$143,100 from Contingency to those projects; now, therefore,
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY,
OREGON, ORDERS as follows:
Section 1. That the following transfers from Operating
Contingency to the Local Improvement District projects be made as
shown below:
FROM: 05-50-501 Operating Contingency $143,100.00
TO: 05-50-397 Brightenwood L.I.D. 80,000.00
05-50-398 Williams Loop L.I.D. 35,000.00
05-50-399 1981 L.I.D.'s 28,100.00
