ROSEMARY ORDER NO. 82-242 pgTTERSO D CHUTES COUNTY CLERK N WHEREAS, on the 25th day of May, 1982, the Board of County Commissioners ordered the transfer of certain property to the Bend Metro Park & Recreation District without consideration; and WHEREAS, Section 2 of that Order provided for transfer by Quitclaim Deed; and WHEREAS, it is necessary that the Deed transferring property contain a reversionary clause in the event the property ceases to be used for public park purposes; now, therefore, THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, ORDERS as follows: Section 1.
