WHEREAS, on the 25th day of May, 1982, the Board of County
Commissioners ordered the transfer of certain property to the Bend
Metro Park & Recreation District without consideration; and
WHEREAS, Section 2 of that Order provided for transfer by
Quitclaim Deed; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the Deed transferring property
contain a reversionary clause in the event the property ceases to
be used for public park purposes; now, therefore,
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY,
OREGON, ORDERS as follows:
Section 1. That Section 2 of Order No. 82-231 be amended to
read as follows:
"That a Bargain and Sale Deed transferring said pro-
perty to Bend Metro Park & Recreation District, con-
taining appropriate reversionary language, be executed
and delivered.

BARGAIN AND SALE DEED
DESCHUTES COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of
Oregon, Grantor, conveys to BEND METRO PARK AND RECREATION
DISTRICT, a municipal corporation, Grantee, the following
described real property:
A tract of land lying in the southeast one-quarter
of the northwest one-quarter (SE1/4 NW1/4)of Section 6,
Township 18 South, Range 12 East of the Willamette
Meridian, Deschutes County, Oregon, so long as the
property is used for public park purposes, being more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the 5/8" iron pin with an aluminum cap
marking the northeast corner of said southeast one-
quarter of the northwest one-quarter of Section 6;
thence S 0° 41' 16" E 69.78 feet along the east line of
said southeast one-quarter of the northwest one-quarter
of Section 6 to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence S 0° 41'
16" E 100.00 feet continuing along said east line;
thence S 62° 13' 35" W 757.88 feet; thence N 6° 23' 22"
W 300.00 feet; thence 155.42 feet along the arc of a
curve to the left having a radius of 1313.24 feet, the
chord of which bears N 80° 13' 12" E 155.33 feet,
thence N 76° 49' 47" E 564.54 feet to the point of
beginning.
Containing 3.17 acres more or less.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM: All right-of-ways, easements and
encumbrances of record, and those common and apparent
on the land.
