LE® JUL -1 1982 * ROSEMARY PATTERSON DESCHUTES COUNTY CLERK ORDER NO. 82-246 WHEREAS, on March 31, 1982, the Board of County Commissioners of Deschutes County, Oregon, initiated by Resolution the improve- ment of certain dedicated public roads known as Knott Road, a portion of Woodside Road, and Radcliffe Circle in Deschutes County, Oregon; and WHEREAS, the Resolution was referred to the County Engineer, who investigated the improvement and estimated the cost of the improvement, and a cost estimate of this improvement has been prepared in accordance with ORS 371.625; and WHEREAS, notice pursuant to ORS 371.630 has been mailed to each benefited property owner; and WHEREAS, a hearing on the proposed improvement was held on May 26, 1982, at 10:00 a.m. at the Deschutes County Courthouse Annex, Bend, Oregon, for the purpose of hearing remonstrances on said improvement; and WHEREAS, no objections were filed with the Board of County Commissioners regarding said road improvements; now, therefore, THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, ORDERS as follows: Section 1. To improvement certain dedicated public roads known as a portion of Knott Road to Deschutes County Arterial Standards, and to improve a portion of Woodside Road and Radcliffe Circle to Deschutes County Local Road Standards for the benefit of the area described as: All of the Plat of Brightenwood IV, Deschutes County Plat #530, recorded July 30, 1980, in Volume 19, Page 37, Deschutes County Deed Records, and filed in Cabinet B-765 in the office of the Deschutes County Clerk, 1 - ORDER NO. 82-246 r Vol 42 FAGS' 8 J 4 Excepting therefrom Lot 10 Block 4 of the said Plat of Brightenwood IV. Section 2. That the dedicated roads to be improved within the District described in Section 1 of this Order are to be im- proved by contract and are described as follows: All of the portion of Knott Road, portion of Woodside Road and Radcliffe Circle described in the Plat of Brightenwood IV, Deschutes County Plat #530, recorded July 30, 1980, in Volume 19, Page 37, Deschutes County Deed Records, and filed in Cabinet B-765 in the office of the Deschutes County Clerk. Section 3. This Order is notice that the land described in Section 1 is subject to a lien of an assessment for the costs of the improvement, in an amount to be determined later by an Order of the County Court. , Section 4. The County Clerk shall endorse upon the Order the date of the filing thereof, and shall record and index the same in a Lien Docket in the office of the County Clerk. DATED this day of QLA 1982.
