That the Report of the Engineer, marked Exhibit "A," attached ereto and by this reference incorporated herein, is hereby accepted, and that a public hearing for the purpose of hearing objections to the proposed assessments shall be held on Tuesday, July 21, 1981, at 10:00 A.M., in Conference Room A, Deschutes County Courthouse Annex, Bend, Oregon. Section 2. That the Director of Public Works, on behalf of the Board o County Commissioners, mail written notice within five days of the date of said hearing to the owners of the parcels described in Exhibit"A," identifying the parcel, showing the pro- posed assessment, and giving notice of the hearing scheduled in Section 1 of this Order. Section 3. That the written notice to be given in Section 2 shall ply substantially with the form of notice marked Exhibit "B," attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. ALSO: All of Buck Canyon Road, as platted in the Plat of Deschutes River Woods, as recorded in the office of the County Clerk, Deschutes County nregon; as shown on Exhibit 1, attached hereto and by this reference incorprated herein. The total cost of the improvement is $112,700.00. This is based on the bid of the low bidder for the project and the estimated cost of engineering and administration. My estimate was $114,955.00.
