PATTERSOt4 ORDER NO. 81-302 COUNTY CLERK WHEREAS, on July 8, 1981, the Board of County Commissioners of Deschutes County, Oregon, received the Engineer's proposed assess- ments against each parcel of land for the improvement of roads in Lower Bridge Estates L.I.D.; and WHEREAS, ORS 371.645 provides that the Board must set a public hearing by order of the Board to hear objections to any such proposed assessment; now, therefore, THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, ORDERS as follows: Section 1. That the Report of the Engineer, marked Exhibit "A," attached here-to and by this reference incorporated herein, is hereby accepted, and that a public hearing for the purpose of hearing objections to the proposed assessments shall be held on Tuesday, July 21, 1981, at 10:00 A.M., in Conference Room A, Deschutes County Courthouse Annex, Bend, Oregon. Section 2. That the Director of Public Works, on behalf of the Boar o County Commissioners, mail written notice within five days of the date of said hearing to the owners of the parcels described in Exhibit"A," identifying the parcel, showing the pro- posed assessment, and giving notice of the hearing scheduled in Section 1 of this Order. Section 3. HUDSON Director of Public Works CDATE: July 8, 1981 SUBJECT: Lower Bridge Estates L.I.D., K-24 Pursuant to ORS 371.645, I hereby ascertain the amount of assessment against each parcel in the District for the improvement of all the roads as platted in the plat of Lower Bridges Estates Subdivision, as recorded in the office of the County Clerk, Deschutes County, Oregon; as shown on Exhibit 1, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. The total cost of the improvement is $198,950.00. This is based on the bid of the low bidder for the project and the estimated cost of engineering and administration. My estimate was $380,878.00.
