D . ) DESCHUTES .COUNTY CLERK ORDER NO. 81-305 WHEREAS, on July 8, 1981, the Board of County Commissioners of Deschutes County, Oregon, received the Engineer's proposed assess- ments against each parcel of land for the improvement of roads in Dry Canyon L.I.D.; and WHEREAS, ORS 371.645 provides that the Board must set a public hearing by order of the Board to hear objections to any such proposed assessment; now, therefore, THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, ORDERS as follows: Section 1. That the Report of the Engineer, marked Exhibit "A," attac e hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, is hereby accepted, and that a public hearing for the purpose of hearing objections to the proposed assessments shall be held on Tuesday, July 21, 1981, at 10:00 A.M., in Conference Room A, Deschutes County Courthouse Annex, Bend, Oregon. Section 2. That the Director of Public Works, on behalf of the Board o County Commissioners, mail written notice within five days of the date of said hearing to the owners of the parcels described in Exhibit"A," identifying the parcel, showing the pro- posed assessment, and giving notice of the hearing scheduled in Section 1 of this Order. Section 3.
