WHEREAS, on May 20, 1981, the Board of County Commissioners
adopted Order No. 81-270 relating to the improvement of a portion
of Sunnyside Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, certain property abutting the said road was
described in the Order; and

THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY,
OREGON, ORDERS that Order No. 81-270 be amended as follows:
"Section 1. To improve Sunnyside Boulevard to Deschutes
County Arterial Standard for the benefit of the area described as
follows:
Those portions of the East Half (E2) of Section
Nineteen (19), the South Half (S2) of Section
Twenty (20), the Southwest Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter (SW4 NW4) of Section Twenty-
Eight (28), the North Half (N2) of Section
Twenty-Nine (29) and Section Thirty (30), Town-
ship Eighteen (18) South, Range Twelve (12)
East of the Willamette Meridian, Deschutes
County, Oregon, lying South of the Great Northern
Railway, West of the Brooks-Scanlon Logging
Road (also known as Forest Service Road No.
1821), and East of The Dalles-California Highway.

"Section 2. That the dedicated roads to be improved within
the District escri ed in Section 1 of this Order, are to be improved
by contract, and are described as follows:
A strip of land 80.00 feet in width, being 40.00
feet in width on each side of the following-
described centerline:
Beginning at a point on the centerline of The Dalles-
California Highway (U.S. Highway 97) said point
bears South 79° 37' 43" West, 2958.55 feet from the
brass cap monument marking the Southwest corner of
Section 20, Township 18 South, Range 12 East, of
the Willamette Meridian, Deschutes County, Oregon;
thence, South 63° 06' 16" East, 628.60 feet; thence
693.31 feet along the arc of a curve to the left
having a radius of 1432.39 feet, the chord of which
bears South 76° 58' 14" East, 686.56 feet; thence,
North 89° 09' 48" East, 360.33 feet; thence, 1050.67
feet along the arc of a curve to the left having a
radius of 1145.92 feet, the chord of which bears
North 62° 37' 48" East, 429.25 feet; thence, 256.66
feet along the arc of a curve to the right having a
radius of 2864.79 feet, the chord of which bears
North 39° 11' 48" East 256.57 feet, to a point on the
West line of said Section 20 which bears North
1° 00' 58" East 38.90 feet from said Southwest
corner of Section 30, thence, 469.79 feet continuing
along said arc of a curve to the right having a radius
of 2864.79 feet, the chord of which bears North
46° 27' 40" East, 469.27 feet; thence, North
51° 09' 33" East, 1040.97 feet; thence, 934.13 feet
along the are of a curve to the right having a radius
of 2864.79 feet, the chord of which bears North
60° 30' 01" East, 929.99 feet; thence, North 69° 50' 30"
East, 343.29 feet; thence 590.09 feet along the arc
of a curve to the left having a radius of 1909.86 feet,
the chord of which bears North 60° 59' 25" East,
587.75 feet; thence, North 52° 08' 20" East, 297.58
feet to the terminus point of this description on
the centerline of China Hat Road (F.S. Road No. 1821),
said terminus point bears South 42° 21' 53" East,
4360.99 feet from the iron pipe marking the North-
west corner of said Section 20.
"Section 3. This Order is notice that the land described
in Section 1 of-tom Order is subject to a lien of an assessment
for the cost of the improvement in an amount to be determined later
by an Order of the County Court.

"Section 4. The County Clerk shall endorse upon this
Order the date o filing hereof, and shall record and index the
