WHEREAS, on September 15, 1981, the Board of County
Commissioners adopted Ordinance No. 81-035, authorizing the issuance
of General Obligation Bancroft Improvement Bonds, Series 1981, in the
amount of ONE MILLION, SIX HUNDRED THIRTY-FIVE THOUSAND AND N0/100
DOLLARS ($1,635,000.00); and
WHEREAS, bids for the purchase of said bonds were received
at the offices of RAGEN, ROBERTS, O'SCANNLAIN, ROBERTSON & NEILL,
Bond Counsel, 1600 Orbanco Bjilding, 1001 S. W. Fifth Avenue,
Portland, Oregon 97204, until ten o'clock a.m. (10:00 a.m.), Pacific
Daylight Time, at which time they were opened and announced; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined
that the bid of U.S. National Bank of Ore on
is the responsible bidder whose proposal will result in the lowest
net cost to the County; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, as follows:
Section 1. That the General Obligation Bancroft improve-
ment Bonds, Series 1981, of Deschutes County, Oregon, be awarded to
U.S. National Bank of Oregon , with a net effective

Section 2. That delivery of the General Obligation
Bancroft Improvement Bonds, Series 1981, be made in the City of
Portland, Oregon, at a bank to be named by said successful bidder
within thirty (30) days of the date of this Resolution.
