WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has considered
certain Deschutes County Environmental Health service fees in light
of the cost of providing services; and
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that fees should be
established at rates which are reasonably calculated to pay for the
service provided; and
WHEREAS, the fees proposed by the Deschutes County
Environmental Health Department are reasonable; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, as follows:
Section 1. That certain Deschutes County Environmental
Health service fees be established as follows:
