That certain Deschutes County Environmental Health service fees be established as follows: A. Licenses 1. Food Service (a) Full Service Restaurant 140.00 (b) Commissary 140.00 (c) Warehouse 35.00 (d) Limited Service 40.00 (e) Temporary Restaurant 40.00 (f) Mobile Units, Each 40.00 (g) Vending Machines (1) 1 - 10 50.00 (2) 11 - 20 75.00 (3) 21 - 30 100.00 (4) 31 - 40 125.00 (5) 41 - 50+ 150.00 B. Certificates of Sanitation 1.
