DESCHUTES COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
MONDAY, MAY 39 2004
Commissioners' Meeting Room - Administration Building - 1130 NW Harriman St., Bend
Present were Commissioners Dennis R. Luke and Michael M. Daly; Commissioner
Tom DeWolf was out of the office. Also present were Mark Pilliod and Mark
Amberg, Legal Counsel; Renee Warner and Tad Walker, Building Services; and
Chris Barker of the Bulletin, and Barney Lerten of bend. com and the Bugle.
This meeting took place after the conclusion of an executive session that was called
under ORS 192.660(1)(b), Personnel Issues.
The meeting began at 2:25 p.m.
LUKE: Move to deny the Swigart grievance, and affirm that the letter of
reprimand be left in his personnel file.
DALY: Second.
VOTE: LUKE: Yes.
DALY: Chair votes yes.
Being no further discussion, the meeting adjourned at 2: 30 p.m.
