FINDINGS OF FACT
FOR EXHIBIT "A"
1. This area was mistakenly designated as RS on
the County Zoning Map. The correct designa-
tion is RL. The proposed revision would
correct this mistake.
2. The property is designated as Urban Low
Density Residential on the Plan. The property
was zoned as SR-20/RL in the past.
3. The property was partitioned into 20,000
square foot lots. The RL zone would be the
most appropriate zone designation for this
property.
FINDINGS OF FACT
FOR EXHIBIT "B"
1. Both the Bend and Deschutes County Planning
Commissions recommended that this area be
designated RS on the Comprehensive Plan and
Zoning Maps.
2. The need for this particular Plan and Zoning
Map revision is the result of an error where
the areas were not changed as recommended.
3. This area has been approved to be developed at
an RS density level.
4. The motile home park is developed and ready
for space rentals.
FINDINGS OF FACT, PAGE 1

FINDINGS OF FACT
FOR EXHIBIT "C"
1. The Urban Area Advisory Committee recommended
that these parcels be designated as Highway
Commercial on the Plan Map and zoned as CH on
the County Zoning Map.
2. The need for these revisions is the result of
an error where the Plan Map and County Zoning
Map were not changed as recommended.
3. These parcels are part of Lowe's Trailer Park,
which is zoned CH. Designating these parcels
as CH would be a logical change.
