FINDINGS OF FACT
FOR EXHIBIT "C"
1. The Urban Area Advisory Committee recommended that
this parcel be designated as Light Industrial, as
they felt it was more suitable as industrial land.
2. The need for this particular Plan revision is the
result of an error where the Plan Map was not
changed as recommended.
3. The site is located between Highway 97 and the
railroad, which makes the site undesirable as resi-
dential land and more suitable as light industrial
land.
