ORDER NO. 82-108
WHEREAS, King Jerobam Avenue, King Joash Avenue, King Saul
Avenue and King Zedekiah Avenue are public roads within unincor-
porated Deschutes County, Oregon; and
WHEREAS, said Roads have been constructed to County road
standards; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has recommended that the Board of
County Commissioners establish said roads as County roads; and
WHEREAS, the County may not expend road fund monies on said
roads unless said roads are established as County roads; now,
therefore,
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY,
OREGON, ORDERS as follows:
Section 1. That the public roads described as:
King Jerobam Avenue, King Joash Avenue, King
Saul Avenue and King Zedekiah Avenue within
Kings Forest 3rd Addition Subdivision,
recorded in Volume 19, Page 15, 15A and 15B,
Deschutes County Plats, Cabinet B, Pages 725,
726 and 727
be hereby established as County roads.
