42-232-Ordinance Recorded 3/25/1982RASE IN THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE STATE OF OREGON MAR 2 s 198 FOR THE COUNTY OF DESCHUTES DESQ F$ CCU T TERSpN In the Matter of Proceedings of ) NTr CZERk the Seventh Mountain County ) AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE SPREADING Service District ) ASSESSMENT NOL The Board of Commissioners of Deschutes County, Oregon, acting as the governing body of the Seventh Mountain County Service District finds that Exhibit A to its Ordinance Spreading Assessment passed August 12, 1981, contains incorrect tax lot numbers for certain units of ownership within the District, and that it is in the best interest of the District to correct these errors so that the tax lot numbers will correctly correspond with the building and unit numbers given in that Exhibit. NOW THEREFORE, the Board of County Commissioners of Deschutes County, Oregon, acting as the governing body of the Seventh Mountain County Service District ordains as follows: Section 1: Amendment of Ordinance Spreading Assessment. Due to the fact that billing for assessments under the Ordinance is already under way, and immediate correction to the assessment roll is needed, an emergency is declared to exist, and this amendment to pages 27 through 31 of Exhibit A to the Ordinance Spreading Assessment dated August 12, 1981, shall become effective upon passage by a unanimous vote of the governing body without being described in a published agenda, and notice of this adoption shall be published as provided in ORS 198.560(3).
