RESOLUTION NO. 82-024 F~L E MAY z 91982 11 ESRY PATTERS Coutqy ON WHEREAS, the owners of property abutting a portion of Juniper Ridge Road, all of N. E. 11th Street, N. E. Lynch Avenue, and N. E. Jordan Lane in Deschutes County, Oregon, has requested the Board of County Commissioners to improve these certain roads; and WHEREAS, it appears that such roads should be improved; and WHEREAS, it appears that it is in the public interest that the Public Works Department of Deschutes County, Oregon, perform required engineering and surveying for this improvement; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, as follows: Section 1. That proceedings be initiated to improve a portion of Juniper Ridge Road, all of N. E. 11th Street, and N. E. Lynch Avenue County Standards,fordthe E. Jordan Lane to o benefit of the area described as follows: All of the Plat of Equestrian Meadows, Phase 2, Deschutes County Plat No. 451 recorded November 19, 1980 in Volume 19, Page 46 and 46A and filed in Cabinet B-785 and 786 in the office of the Deschutes County Clerk. 1 - RESOLUTION NO. 82-024 w r; I i EXCEPTING THEREFROM Lots 1 and 2 of Block 3 and Lot 10 of Block 2 of said Plat of Equestrian Meadows, Phase 2. Section 2. That the dedicated roads to be improved within the district described in Section 1 of this Resolution is described as follows: A portion of Juniper Ridge Road, and all of N. E. 11th Street, N. E. Lynch Avenue, and N. E. Jordan Lane. Section 3. Improvements to be made to the roadway within the district include all or part of, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Clearing and grubbing. 2. Subgrade preparation. 3. Placement of 32 feet wide cinder base. 4. Placement of 24 feet wide 0-9 Oil Mat. 5. Placement of 24 feet wide cinder base (N. E. Jordan Lane Phase 1 and 2) 6. Placement of 18 feet wide 0-9 Oil Mat (N. E. Jordan Lane Phase 1 and 2) 7. Installation of street name signs, safety signs and barrier rails as required, including traffic control devices. 6. Engineering, surveying, legal, interim financing, administration and planning, and construction of the proposed improvements and any related costs. Section 4. The roads to be improved as a result of this Resolution shall be improved to Deschutes County Local Road Standards, except N. E. Jordan Lane which shall be improved to Deschutes County Half Street Standards. Section 5. This Resolution shall hereby be referred to the County Engineer for investigation of the proposed improvements in accordance with ORS 371.625.
