RESOLUTION NO. 82-012
WHEREAS, ORS 275.100 provides that the Board of County
Commissioners declare its intention to exchange land with Adrian
Wilcox by proper resolution; and
WHEREAS, a hearing shall be held for the purpose of receiving
objections to the proposed exchange of land; and
WHEREAS Deschutes County intends to exchange land with Adrian
Wilcox; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, as follows:
Section 1. That Deschutes County intends to exchange the
real property described as:
The West 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section
29, Township 14 South, Range 12, East
Willamette Meridian, Deschutes County,
Oregon.
with Adrian Wilcox for land described as:
The East 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section
36, Township 14 South, Range 11, East
Willamette Meridian, Deschutes County,
Oregon.
Section 2. A hearing for the purpose of receiving objections
to the above land trade will be held on Wednesday, May 19, 1982,
at the Deschutes County Courthouse Annex, Bend, Oregon, at 10:00
a .m.
Section 3. That the Clerk of the County Court shall give
notice of the time and place for the hearing set in Section 2 of
this Resolution by publication of the Notice marked Exhibit "A",

attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, in The
Bulletin once each week for four consecutive weeks prior to the
date of such hearing.

NOTICE OF HEARING
On Wednesday, May 19, 1982, at 10:00 a.m. in the Deschutes
County Courthouse Annex, Bend, Oregon, the Board of County
Commissioners of Deschutes County, Oregon, will hold a hearing on
a land exchange between Deschutes County, Oregon, and Adrian
Wilcox. The land to be exchanged owned by Deschutes County is
'described as follows:
The West 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section
29, Township 14 South, Range 12, East
Willamette Meridian, Deschutes County,
Oregon.
The land to be exchanged owned by Adrian Wilcox is described as
follows:
The East 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section
36, Township 14 South, Range 11, East
Willamette Meridian, Deschutes County,
Oregon.
Any person may appear and make objections to the proposed
exchange.
