WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 80-228, Amendments to the Redmond
Urban Area Zoning Ordinance of 1980, provides for site plan review
by a Design Review Committee; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to appoint members to the Design
Review Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners having confidence
in the abilities of Maggie Quackenbush, Carl Leth, Dave Kimmell,
Ted Anderson, Jim Hodson, Malcolm Johnson, and John Durfee to carry
out the work of the Design Review Committee within the Redmond Urban
Growth Boundary; now, therefore,
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY,
OREGON, ORDERS as follows:
Section 1. That Maggie Quackenbush, Carl Leth, Dave Kimmell,
Ted Anderson, Jim Hodson, Malcolm Johnson, and John Durfee, be
appointed to the Design Review Committee in accordance with Ordinance
No. 80-228 for terms to expire as shown on Exhibit A, attached
hereto and by this reference incorporated herein.
