37-589-Resolution No. 81-028 Recorded 3/30/1981r vo. 37paa 589 BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY'COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON A Resolution Adopting Department ) F L of Environmental Quality Fees ) for Onsite Sewage Disposal ) MAR6�0 Systems. > 1981 ROSNARRESOLUTION NO. 81-028 DS T SCPATTEfSONOVNTy CLERK WHEREAS, Deschutes County performs onsite sewage disposal evaluations and inspections on behalf of the Department of Environ- mental Quality; and WHEREAS, fees for such services are prescribed by the Department of Environmental Quality; and WHEREAS, a new fee schedule has been promulgated by the Department of Environmental Quality; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, as follows: Section 1. That the fees set out in Exhibit A, attached hereto and by tom -reference incorporated herein, be adopted as the fees for onsite sewage disposal evaluations and inspections as of March 23, 1981. The applicant may request additional site inspections within 90 days of the initial site evaluation, at no extra cost. (C) Separate fees shall be required if site inspections are to determine site suitability for more than one system on a single parcel of land.
