WHEREAS, Deschutes County performs onsite sewage disposal
evaluations and inspections on behalf of the Department of Environ-
mental Quality; and
WHEREAS, fees for such services are prescribed by the
Department of Environmental Quality; and
WHEREAS, a new fee schedule has been promulgated by the
Department of Environmental Quality; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, as follows:
Section 1. That the fees set out in Exhibit A, attached
hereto and by tom -reference incorporated herein, be adopted as the
fees for onsite sewage disposal evaluations and inspections as of
March 23, 1981.
Section 2. That this fee schedule supersedes the previous
fee schedule set by Order of the Board of County Commissioners dated
June 26, 1980. �j _/

(A) Fees for site evaluation applications made to an
agreement county shall be in accordance with that
county's fee schedule.
(B) Each fee paid entitles the applicant to as many site
inspections on a single parcel or lot as are necessary
to determine site suitability for a single system.
The applicant may request additional site inspections
within 90 days of the initial site evaluation, at no
extra cost.
(C) Separate fees shall be required if site inspections
are to determine site suitability for more than one
system on a single parcel of land.

(B) Is a resident of the State of Oregon; and
