WHEREAS, resident property owners within Sundance East
Subdivision petitioned the Board of County Commissioners for the
improvement of dedicated public roads within Sundance East Subdivision;
and
WHEREAS, the Petition was referred to the County Engineer,
who investigated the improvement and estimated the cost of the
improvement, and a cost estimate of this improvement has been pre-
pared in accordance with ORS 371.625; and
WHEREAS, notice pursuant to ORS 371.630 has been mailed
to each benefitted property owner; and
WHEREAS, a hearing on the proposed improvement was held on
May 19, 1981; and
WHEREAS, eleven objections have been filed with the Board
of County Commissioners regarding said road improvements, represent-
ing less than 50% of the owners of land and less than 50% of the
total assessment of the proposed improvement; now, therefore,
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY,
OREGON, ORDERS as follows:
Section 1. To improve the dedicated roads within Sundance
East Subdivision, Phases I, II and III, which are described as
follows:
All of Sundance East, Phases I, II and III.
Section 2. That the dedicated roads to be improved within
the District described in Section 1 of this order, are to be im-
proved by contract, and are described as follows:
Stirling Drive, Quebec Drive, Edmonton Drive,
Calgary Drive, Sweetgrass Lane, Banff Drive,
Vancouver Lane, Quebec Court, Calgary Court,
Victoria Lane, Yukon Lane, Medicine Hat Lane,
Saskatoon Lane, Kimberly Court, Okanagan Lane,
and Jasper Place, all in Sundance East Phases
I, II and III, TOGETHER WITH the access road
from Stirling Drive to Arnold Market Road,
all in Deschutes County, Oregon.

Section 3. This Order is notice that the land described
in Sections o his Order is subject to a lien of an assessment for
the cost of the improvement, in an amount to be determined later by
an Order of the County Court.
Section 4. The County Clerk shall endorse upon this Order
the date o filing hereof, and shall record and index the same in
a lien docket in the office of the County Clerk.
