ORDER NO. 81-269
WHEREAS, on April 22, 1981, the Board of County Commissioners
initiated by Resolution the improvement of dedicated public roads
known.as N. W. Teater Avenue from Lower Bridge Road through Lower
Bridge Estates Subdivision, and all other streets, avenues and courts
contained within Lower Bridge Estates Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the Resolution was referred to the County Engineer,
who investigated the improvement and estimated the cost of the
improvement, and a cost estimate of this improvement has been pre-
pared in accordance with ORS 371.625; and
WHEREAS, notice pursuant to ORS 371.630 has been mailed
to each benefitted property owner; and
WHEREAS, a hearing on the proposed improvement was held
on May 19, 1981; and
WHEREAS, no objections have been filed with the Board of
County Commissioners regarding said road improvements; now, therefore,
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY,
OREGON, ORDERS as follows:
Section 1. To improve the dedicated roads known as
N.W. Teater Avenue from Lower Bridge Road through Lower Bridge Estates
Subdivision and all other streets, avenues and courts contained
within Lower Bridge Estates Subdivision, which is described as follows:
All of Lower Bridge Estates, Plat No. 555, as
recorded in the office of the County Clerk,
Deschutes County, Oregon.
Section 2. That the dedicated roads to be improved within
the District described in Section 1 of this Order, are to be improved
by contract, and are described as follows:
All of the roads as platted in the Plat of Lower
Bridge Estates, Plat No. 555, as recorded in the
office of the County Clerk, Deschutes County,
Oregon. ALSO: A strip of land lying in the NE4

of Section 22, Township 14 South, Range 12 East
of the Willamette Meridian, being 60.00 feet wide,
30.00 feet on each side of the following-described
centerline: Commencing at the East one-quarter
corner of said Section 22; thence South 89°56'53"
West, 161.09 feet along the South line of said
NE4 to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence, North 8°26'39"
East, 308.57 feet; thence 134.24 feet along the
arc of a curve to the right having a radius of
150.00 feet, the chord of which bears North
34°04'53" East, 129.80 feet; thence 59.45 feet
along the arc of a curve to the left having a
radius of 150.00 feet, the chord of which bears
North 48°21'51" East, 59.06 feet to the terminus,
being a point of the East line of said NV,-. The
strip of land described herein being the same strip
of land referred to in a Bureau of Land Management
Right-of-Way Permit, Serial No. ORS 23987, dated
24 October, 1980, which expires 24 October, 2010,
as recorded in the office of the County Clerk,
Deschutes County, Oregon.
Section 3. This Order is notice that the land described
in Section of this Order is subject to a lien of an assessment for
the cost of the improvement, in an amount to be determined later by
an Order of the County Court.
Section 4. The County Clerk shall endorse upon this Order
the date o filing hereof, and shall record and index the same in
a lien docket in the office of the County Clerk.
