WHEREAS, ORS 275.100 provides that the Board of County
Commissioners declare its intention to exchange land with the
United States of America by proper Resolution; and
WHEREAS, a hearing shall be held for the purpose of re-
ceiving objections to the proposed exchange of land; and
WHEREAS, Deschutes County, Oregon, intends to exchange
land with the United States of America; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, as follows:
Section 1. That Deschutes County, Oregon, intends to
exchange the real property described as:

Section 2. A hearing for the purpose of receiving
objections to t e above land trade will be held on Wednesday,
January 28, 1981, at the Deschutes County Courthouse Annex, at
10:00 a.m.
Section 3. That the Clerk of the County Court shall give
notice of the time and place of the hearing set in Section 2 of this
Resolution by publication of the Notice, marked Exhibit A, attached
hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, in The Bend Bulletin,
once each week for four consecutive weeks prior to the ate o suc
hearing.

Deschutes County Courthouse Annex, Bend, Oregon, the Board of
